Legs

Today was leg day…Supersets as follows:

Walking lunges 5 x 5 @ 20 lbs

Pistol squats 4 x5 no weight to make sure I got low

 

DB deadlifts 3 x 9 @ 35 lbs

Glute-ham reverse lift (see this link—can’t embed via email)

Bridge with the bar.  I did 3 sets of 10, 45, 55, 65

BB squats 2 x 20 at 75 & 65 lbs

I finished up with a “weight loss” interval on the arc trainer for 30 minutes.  My legs should be toasty tomorrow.
