I got about 3 hours of sleep last night but dragged my ass out of bed to the gym anyway.  I am T.I.R.E.D.


I did the leg work out last night.  I did 3 sets of 3 to 5 depending on what I was doing.  I only did 3 sets to get an idea of how long it’s going to take me to do this month’s workouts.  It took about 25 minutes.  I lifted pretty heavy but not my max weights.  The idea of doing 13 leg exercises with my max weight was a little frightening to me—I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to walk today.  Unfortunately, I shouldn’t have worried my pretty little head about it.  I’m fine today. 


This morning I went with the weights that I normally do for upper body.  But because I am so tired I only did 3 sets of 5 for each exercise. 


I don’t know why anyone would consider these workouts beginner workouts.  If using challenging weights these workouts can kick ass.
