I didn't do a workout on Thursday. The day got away from me. Both yesterday & today I did 12 minutes of torture with Zuzana. Tomorrow I will do a workout for time. I have to pick what I'm doing.
Today I did 40/20
Jump squats with a side leg lift
Suicide pushups
Side-ways frog leap with a side lunge
Flutter kicks
Yee haw!

If you like that kind of workout, you would love both Insanity and some of the Shock Cardio workouts (specifically the "HiiT" DVD). Same concept, much longer time!
