Strong

I realized that I have been doing 65 lb BB bench presses but only 75 or 80 lb squats. I think I need to increase my weight when I do squats. Yes? LOL

Still struggling with my nutrition but Aunt Flo showed up yesterday so it explains the stupid cravings I've had. I am losing just not as quickly as I would if I behaved myself. Unfortunately Saturday is John's birthday which means dinner out at an Italian restaurant & Sunday is the BIG GAME which means football food.

I do have a plan. I'm going to have chicken &/or eggplant parm for dinner Saturday & will indulge on Sunday.

Monday I'll begin again. Eh. I still have 7 weeks until the cruise & will be down by at least 4 lbs by then.

Yes go up on the squats! And maybe even the bench presses bwahahahaha. :)
