This morning’s plan was to do 10-1 minute intervals & then some steady state for a total of 45 minutes (including a 5 minute warm-up & 3 minute cool down). I felt really good & just kept going for a total of 13 intervals. The machine said I burned 492 calories. That was not based on any heart rate monitoring—just based on setting my weight & the tempo I kept. I’m not overly concerned about the calories burned.
I followed that up with a good 15 minute stretch. I stretched my shoulder really well & did some of the physical therapy exercises I had to do for rehabbing my left shoulder. It feels pretty good today.
So far I have eaten:
1-EAS AdventEDGE shaek
1 c 1% cottage cheese
1 c mixed berries
½ c dry oats ( mix all 3 ingredients)
2 Splenda ®
¼ c cocoa almonds—I know I have to watch those
I have my lunches in the fridge & will post again later.
