Can someone explain to me why...

I can pack my lunch & stick to my nutrition program at work but at home I eat the junk that the kids eat? I have the same temptations at work that I do at home. At work I am more disciplined. At home, not so much.

Today I have a plan to conquer this...when I am tempted to eat nachos or chips or chocolate covered coffee beans I am going to do 10 minutes on the elliptical.

I did 85 lb plie squats yesterday! 2 sets of 20. I'm surprised my thighs aren't screaming. Next time I do squats I'm going up another 10 lbs.

45 days until my cruise. I want to lose 8 lbs. Ugh.

I can't answer your temptation question. Maybe your guard is down at home. No matter, it's just a matter of hanging tough. Can you have some alternate treats on hand so you don't feel deprived?

Do you under eat in the a.m? I find that I am often not that hungry during the day, but if I go with that I pay for it later on. I have to really force myself to get those calories in early so I am not a little gnosh monster in the evening.

Boredom and bad habits. I mow through stuff at home and never go near anything at work (even though the items there are far more tempting and usually fresh baked).
