No time to post

Workouts going well. Fatloss--not so much. I was doing really well & seeing the scale move -- it actually hit 146 for a day last week. But I do think it's hormonal water weight. I'm only up 2 lbs & Aunt Flo is visiting.

I've got to start running again--I have to be able to run 3 miles at the end of October. See my facebook status. I hope to have time to type something up at work tomorrow & fill you all in...

Hang in there, Deborah! You know how these things go - you will lose nothing for a while, then WHOOSH! You will lose a ton (not literally) at once.

Unfortunately that does not happen for me. It's always been a struggle. But I'm totally not discouraged. I'm working hard & my body shape is changing in ways I never imagined it would. I would be happy to weigh 146 & look like Deb & Barb & Wendy & Sandi & you. I'm bigger boned so I know it ain't gonna happen that way but I am looking SOOOO much better.

And I look MUCH better than Leanne--who is 5'8" and weighs 145. She has SO freaking much belly fat it makes me want to take her to a plastic surgeon for a tummy tuck--really a spare tire. She has no muscle tone. I love her so much it hurts to look at that.

I know this is really bad to say about my best-in-real-life friend & I don't mean it in a mean way & would never ever say it if I thought she would read this. I think that is why I'm so much happier about my body--I know I look better & I weigh more (not much anymore but I do).
