I was awake at 3:10 this morning. The alarm went off at 4:00. I got up at 4:06. I was finished with my leg workout at 4:45!!! Go me.
I did legs & abs. I did skip the planks on the ball. My toes take a lot of pressure on those. I was stronger than I thought I would be. I was so surprised. I was at the base gym by 3:45 & got 40 minutes in on the recumbent bike. I am cooking tuna for dinner tonight. After the kitchen is cleaned up, I'm going to bed!
As I posted a few days ago I haven't lost any weight yet this month but I am still seeing progress. My abs are starting to show a very visible line down the middle. I'll have to figure out how to take pictures & get the definition to show.
Or those of you that will be in Maine at the end of the month (2 weeks away!!!) will get to see it in person.
