I have been sick again-still. I started feeling bad again around Wednesday & increasingly worse as the week progressed. As my head has clogged my diet has gone to the shitter. I have been eating cookies & hot dogs...WTF? I guess because they have strong flavors that I can actually taste right now? Who the hell knows. But it's bad. This after feeling really good & sending Wendy an email giving her a heads up of where I am mentally--ready to finish this but after taking so much time off with this illness pushing my "goal date" to our road trip date.
I'm feeling better today but still very congested. I'm not doing anything today. No physical activity at all. I've got to do some laundry but that's it. No exercise for me until tomorrow at the earliest & then I think I'm just going to do a little light cardio to see how my body responds.
I've ordered a bunch of Tae-Bo DVDs from Netflix. LOL I also have borrowed my assistants MelB Totally Fit DVD; it really looks like fun. I am bored with "traditional" cardio so I decided to break out some DVDs & see if I can get silly. LOL Anyone have any suggestions on DVDs to look for?
Oh Oh Oh...We went to my nephew's graduation party yesterday. My parents gave me my birthday present. A sling chair. Not this one but one like it. I LOVE IT! It's a really bright blue & white which is perfect for our deck, which is gray. I can't wait for summer to really arrie so that I can use it.My plans for today include picking up a little around the house; doing laundry; hitting the produce stand; chopping vegis; read; watch a couple DVDs; & read. Sounds like a great day, no?
