Keeping my eating in check. Feeling pretty crappy again so I only did about 2/3 of the workout I was supposed to do. I probably could have gone longer but I'm sluggish & drained. I do not want to overdo it. I am afraid I'm relapsing but I am going to continue to move a little everyday.
I've pretty much maintained my weightloss--I've stayed between 150 & 152. However there is already a change in the body fat composition. I must lift weights! I must do cardio! I must eat according to program.
Five weeks until we go to Maine!

yep, it is. but it's short term, girl. :) it'll be ok. you will be happy when you get where you want to be.
Too funny! That post was a test from my new toy. Not a comment on the diet but that sucks, too.
