Marie, my new girl crush!

It turns out that Marie is staying about 1 1/2 miles from my home so I offered to pick her up.

She saw me pull in & was out the door before I could open my car door. There was no mistaking this woman from her photos. She has a beautiful smile! She had her hair done just for me. Okay she made some excuse about the color being a pain to keep up in the summer but whatever I chose to believe it was for me.

We talked about all of you...How we "met" and whether we have met in person. We love you all!!!!

We are going to try to pull something together for August. Ladies, are you in??? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!

The very cool thing was that I was VERY VERY nervous before going. Once we were actually together it felt really good. We talked about everything under the sun. There were some silences but I didn't feel like they were awkward silences--just pauses you know. It was so cool.

So I had the Mahi Mahi with sun dried tomato rosoto. I ate all of the fish but only about half of the rosoto. It was DELISH! Marie had a filet that looked DELISH, too. We sat on the patio & had a good time.

Now I'm tired & will have sweet dreams about meeting the rest of my wonderful Estrogen Posse.

The girl crush is mutual!!

It was wonderful meeting you!

And I'm glad to know I was not the only nervous person in the vicinity. I get really worked up about meeting people for some reason, which is very weird. Le sigh, yea?

And we did talk about everyone, but very nicely. :-))) Well, except for Doug. Hah. We agreed we would like to kick his skinny white ass!

You talked about us all very nicely? Mmm.

Sounds like an awesome rendezvous! Wish I could have been there!

Come to my house in Thanksgiving to take up all of my free sleeping spaces!

I still haven't booked my ticket for when I fly back to see Mama in VA. August is not out of the realm of possibilities. :)
