Today begins the final push in my weight loss. On July 4 I will (consider) stop & take a break.
I talked to Wendy yesterday. I've been prescribed 40 minute-5 times a week cardio to go along with the kick ass workouts that I've been doing. I'm going to have to start taking my fitness time at work. HAVE TO. I did what I think is the "shortest" of the 4 total body resistence workouts (done every other day) Wendy has designed for me last night. It took 1 & a 1/2 hours to get it done. I have too much to do in the evening so I'm just going to have to get it done at work.
The meals are planned for the next couple of days; to be rotated throughout. I've got some tweaking to do & hope to plan at least 6 straight. During the next 5 1/2 weeks I have 3 treat meals planned. The first is Tuesday--Cheesecake Factory. I'm trying to decide between the burrito or Bang Bang chicken & shrimp. Then on June 1 Marie & I are having dinner. Finally on Father's Day we'll celebrate my nephew's graduation from high school. I'm going to try to stick to the program 100% otherwise. I want to finish this.
Wendy wants to do a weekly, scheduled call. We've been supposed to do this but only do it when I whine & cry for help. Even then I've been bad about calling when I'm supposed to. I'm a bad client.
We've got to get something scheduled. I wasn't sure I really needed it but after thinking about it last night I've decided it is going to keep me more accountable. I NEED IT! I've sent her an email asking her to give me some time options -- I'll make her schedule fit my work schedule to set these calls up.
I am going to try to blog my experience in more detail. Pictures will come on next Saturday. I'll post new pictures every two weeks. They probably won't show that much progress but will serve to keep me on track.
I'm looking forward to the next few weeks & banging this out.
And just because I'm a big geek--GO SUSAN BOYLE!

OK, so we have to talk again because there is no way that workout should have taken you that long!!! Those should take you 45 minutes tops! Maybe even a half hour!!!!
Most of them are giant sets -- one exercise right after another bambambambambam, then a minute break, then bambambambambam again.
sooo ... talk to me, girl!! :)
Oh--wait! I see what you think happened...With the 40 minute bike ride it took an hour & a half TOTAL. Not an hour & a half for the resistance only.
I just don't want to spend that much time at night. I can. I just don't want to. If I take my time at work I'll be making better use of my time.
Phew. I was afraid. :)
Everything looks perfect. We will nail this. And I will email you about times.
