I've decided that I have been too easy on myself. Doing the same workouts for two months & haven't increased the weights. I experimented today (watching the shoulder & low back).
Today was 5 exercises in giants sets. I was able to increase & maintain the increase on most of the exercises. The push press was too much for the number of sets Wendy prescribed. The Tabatas at the end fry my quads!
As a note of my progress I was able to see the muscles in my back today. When I take my progress pictures on Saturday I'll do one flexed. It's PRETTY!!!
Depending on how cool it is this evening I may take a brisk walk. We'll see.
