5 to 10 lbs in 6 weeks?

Can it be done knowing that 1 day is my birthday & I will splurge (while trying to keep it in check, too)? Wendy & I are going to talk some time this weekend. That's the biggest question on my mind. Can it be done?

It is only 6 weeks. I know I'm going to splurge on Tuesday & I will probably splurge again when Marie & I have dinner.

I haven't been as compliant as I could/should be but this month that is going to change. I want to finish this.

I only lost 1/2 lb during the month of May--though I still have a week to pull off another lb. My measurements are exactly the same. See here...May 1 measurements. I will take pictures at some point this weekend.

Even though things haven't changed much with the tape or scale I think like I LOOK different. My shoulders are more defined & my stomach is flatter. And my clothes are definitely looser.

I want to do more cardio this month. I haven't done my prescribed 4 days a week. I've been hitting it a max of 3 but mostly 2. I have to be more consistent this month.

The ice cream man just went up the street. I didn't cry today!!! Yes, I wanted some but the resolve is there & it felt good to not freak the way I have in the past.

Here are a couple of pictures of my babies...All 3 of them.

Your babies are beautiful! Only Erin really looks like you, though, which makes her the most beautiful of all. You must be so proud of her.

I do think 5-10 lbs in 6 weeks is an aggressive but doable goal. It might happen and it might not, but by making that your target you'll probably accomplish more than you would have if you'd set a lesser goal for yourself, KWIM?

They are all so gorgeous. I love how the dogs are looking up at Erin or rather at the treats she is holding. The intense focus dogs get while you are holding a treat they know they are going to get has always cracked me up.
