I'm going to be below 150 by 1 May

if it kills me & Wendy's latest plan just might. LOL It's a tough one. She's sent me something that she said would shock my system. I don't know about my system but it certainly shocked my mind.
'
This weeks weigh-in brought me in at 151.5!!!! And I didn't workout because of the funeral & being emotionally exhausted. I did, however, keep my eating under control.

I'm planning on doing workout 1 today & a long run on Sunday. I'm going to call these workouts--Wendy's Torture For Fat Loss (WTFFL). Working with her is amazing. She challenges me in ways I never imagined she would. I know I gush every time I get a new workout. I can't help it. She is really good & if she is half as good in person as she is via internet training--HOLY CRAP her face-to-face clients must hate her (in a good way).

This month's plan is circuit training on steroids & 5 days of cardio. With the running I'm hoping to get in 3 runs--6 miles tomorrow & 3 miles 2 other days. That's 3 days. Then I'll use 2 of her crazy functional fitness workouts for at least 30 minute workouts. That will bring me to 5. WOOT!

Tonight I'm making Erin's man chicken parm for dinner. We're keeping him close. We can keep an eye on him this way.

ETA:

HOLY SHIT! I thought I was going to hurl at the end of the first circuit. I had to take a full 3 minute rest in order to compose myself before hitting the second circuit. Shock the system? Yeah, I'll say. I have n.e.v.e.r. worked this hard. Thanks, Wendy!

WTG!!! Sounds like Wendy has you on the MDT (metabolic density training) express. It works fabulously for fat loss, especially after a few months on a more traditional split routine.

Yep, we hauled out the M word this month. And maybe next too. We'll see. :)

This is how I train most of my IRL clients, Deb. Funfunfunfunfun!

Also, funny how your poundages are gonna have to go down a little bit (but only just weeeeee little bit) when your heart is pounding, isn't it? Heheheheh.
