Steplifts with knee lift: 12 lbs
Leaning lunges (HOLY MOLY WORKS THE GLUTES!): 12 lbs
4x8 14" box jumps--that's a 2" increase from last week!!!
I had John come down to help "cheer" me on for the box jumps. Told him that Wendy told me to "think about landing like a kitten." After the first jump, he says, "That doesn't sound like a kitten." I said, "YES IT DOES!!! The kitten weighs 160 lbs!" So, it doesn't really weigh that much anymore but still...What do you think it's going to sound like when a full-grown woman jumps onto a box? CRASH!
My hammies are fried! Thank you very much.
I finished the workout with 10 sets of 15 kettlebell swings with 60 second rest in between.
I had a donut today. Sigh.

Yeah, sorry about that 20 rep thing. It totally sucks but sometimes it has to be done.
Great job, Deb. Those are some impressive weights considering the number of reps.
