I just remembered that you all commented on the seeming lack of cellulite on my thighs in my last update pictures. I thought I should make you all a promise...
At the end of the month I will have John take a close up of my cottage cheese ass. I promise I have TONS of cellulite.
That said, I just popped in to tell everyone that despite my lack of self-control yesterday (& on Sunday when I HAD to have pancakes) I was debating whether I should workout tonight or take a rest day. I was dressed. I had my music on but I am T.I.R.E.D. tonight. I stepped on the scale (because it's in my workout room) to find that at the end of the day, with my pants, sweatshirt, & sports bra on, I weighed in less than 160!!! I know I'm losing (finally) because the scale budged a little last month. I'm trying not to get on the scale everyday anymore. I swear I haven't. I figure my clothes weigh 2-2.5 lbs.
Seeing the scale down like that gave me all the motivation I needed. I did 12-1 minute HIIT/1 minute rest intervals with 5 minute warm-up on the bike & a walk around my kitchen cool down.
Phew. I'm tired!
Laura, you asked how I liked the kettlebell...My shoulders & lats are really tired today. I like it!!! I won't use it more than 2 days a week. I promise. And never on the same day or day after an upper-body workout. K?
Off to eat my salmon & baked sweet potato.
