6 oz greek yogurt
4 oz apple
lunch
1 8" low carb whole grain tortilla
3 oz tuna salad (light mayo, onion, relish)
lots of romaine
8 oz Maryland Crab soup (yeah, it was all vegis & broth with a Maryland crab waived over it)
snack
3 oz tilapia
lettuce
Dinner
3 oz chicken
1 sweet potato
no veggies (see above)
I have had 82 oz of water so far.
I'm STARVING.
Did you watch The Biggest Loser? Man. It's about time. That's all I'll say in case you haven't watched your TiVo yet. Well, one more thing. What a dumb bitch.
I'm off to clean my guest room & then do HIIT tonight--I'm going to Get Metabolic.

I'm so tired, and my eyes are bugging and strained....I swear I read this as "all I have in the house is romance and onions". Well that sounds like a hell of a combination (maybe it's a pre-Valentine's thing).

Veggies and broth with a MD crab waved over it, LMAO! Too funny.
I made a recipe of prawn cakes that I liked when they came out of the oven, but couldn't tolerate the next day. The shrimp didn't turn pink when cooked that way. I couldn't get past the grey color that said "raw", even though they were cooked. I wasted $10 in prawns! Wannnh.
