Tonight's leg workout consisted of 6 sets of 6 reps--same exercises as last week. I did go lighter on the walking lunges, dead lifts, & step ups. I love to feel strong so kept my squats at the same weight. I did 4 minutes of tabata on the elliptical. I wanted to get a little cardio in even though I will do at least 2 workouts in Tampa.
I talked to Paul (my old Chief of Medical Staff & the person that requested I go down there) today to try & get out of going but he thinks its really important for me to go.
Side bar--I almost said Paul was the person that requested I go down. Snicker.
Okay, I've sent the 12 year old boy to his room & the grown up is back in my body...
Anyway, tomorrow I will do chest & arms & cardio. Gotta go finish packing...
