Tonight I did 13-1 minute intervals. Okay, some I did 30 seconds on-30 seconds off because I was getting tired & need to rest a little more.
I did:
jumping jacks
burpees
prone jacks (15) & knees-to-elbows for remaining time
jump rope
high knees
speed skaters
box jumps
bike
roll-ups
jump rope
butt kickers
jumping jacks
skipping rope (30 seconds with my left leg leading/30 seconds right)
I did a 4 minute warm-up on my bike & 5 minute cool-down on my bike.
My eating was spot on today. Erin brought home my favorite Girl Scout cookies & all I did was smell them. And here I sit drinking a triple-berry-vanilla smoothie. Yum (no really, yum).
