My protein powder ingredients listed are just whey concentrate, soy protein isolate, milk protein concentrate, when protein isolate, hydrolyzed whey protein concentrate, l-glutamine, l-isoleucine, l-leucine, l-valine, natural & artificial flavors, sucralose, and acesulfame (WTF) potassium.
It's EAS Premium Protein. It's not listed as an available product on the EAS website so my guess is it's some cheap crap sold only to Costco. LOL Whatever. It tastes good.
My pumpkin smoothie recipe is:
1 serving EAS
1/2 c pumpkin
spices
water
ice
Blend in my fancy schmancy magic bullet.
I'm supposed to pick my brother up from the airport. His flight is currently delayed for 2 hours. That completely sucks.
John is home!!!!

I would use that smoothie as either a starch meal replacement or PWO (post workout) meal. It sounds delish though!
Your protein powder is just fine. :) We sometimes sell it at our gym, LOL.
p.s. Enjoy your hubby and company!
What Wendy said about the smoothie and protein powder. I used to get it myself sometimes, and probably still would if it were easier to find around here. I tend to like EAS products for some reason.
I hope the visit with your bro goes okay. Seeing relatives for the first time in a long while can be stressful, but hopefully it's all happy stress.
