Erin, John & I went out to run 50 yard sprints. We did a 2 minute jumping jack warm up & then sprinted 50 yards, walk back to start & rest for a total of 1 minute. We did 4 sprints. It was very cool because Erin & John are very, very fast. Me, not so much. John really had to push to stay ahead of Erin. She's as quick as a gazelle, my little dancer-girl (okay not so little, 23 next month).
On the 5 sprint I popped something in my calf. It hurts when I flex my toes. It doesn't hurt when I point them. It hurts when I walk. It REALLY hurts when I walk.
I'm icing. I took so Naproxen Sodium. I want DRUGS.
