My calf feels better today. But I have serious DOMS in my hamstrings. LOL I have been stretching like crazy cuz it is so bad.
Tonight is NROL-O WO1A (Day 2).
I ate:
Breakfast
1 c shredded wheat w/milk
3/4 c cottage cheese
1 Gala apple with cinnamon
Snack
3 oz chicken
1 c broccoli
Lunch
Baked sweet potato (4 oz)
1 c broccoli/califlower
3 oz tuna
Snack
1 c broccoli
Dinner
Homemade chicken chili w/zucchini & squash
1/2 c Kashi pilaf
I didn't get my afternoon protein because my crab was rancid. Dammit. Then tonight I helped Erin make cupcakes for my nephew in rehab. We're going to see him tomorrow. I liked the bowl. Sigh.
Tomorrow I will measure.
