I don't know what I was thinking doing Stage 2, WO A today. The third exercise is step ups. Doh! I was all ready working out when I made this realization & did it anyway.
Front Push Squats 30 lb bar
Step ups 65 lb bar
Dumbbell one point row 12/15 lbs db
Static Lunge with rear foot elevated 15 lbs
Push-ups 10
Planks 60 seconds (I was shaking like a rattlesnake but I did it!)
Cable horizontal woodchops (on my back cuz I don't have the equipment) 6 lb medicine ball for first set & 10 lb db for second set (I need to increase my weight here)
I thought I'd try to do some HIIT but my legs a fried. Tomorrow I'll do WO B & the Rachel Cosgrove workout. I'm thinking about trying to come up with something myself for Tuesday night. Playing with the idea anyway.
I have not strayed from the Wendy plan too much this weekend. Where I have is in not eating enough. I haven't been home & couldn't bring food with me where I've been going. I'm close but I think I've missed a meal each day. BUT I HAVE NOT EATEN JUNK!!!
Why is it that I can do this when I know someone is watching but I can't when I'm left to my own devices?
Our Health Services Inspectors (HSI) arrive tomorrow. The inspectors are here for the entire week. Three years ago my area got dinged for not tracking the date someone is diagnosed as being "disqualified" from the AF. This year my data base has so many freakin' dates in it I want to scream when I'm updating it. NONE of the dates is relevant to the AF member's eligibility to stay in the AF. It's ridiculous.
