I have been thinking about the whole heart rate monitor thing. It occurred to me that Laura HAS to be right because if you look at the calories burned over 3 days, the rate is very close regardless of exercise.
Just thought I'd throw that out there.
I'm going to try eating a little more (until I hear back from Wendy). See what happens.
Today I will do NROL4W 1A (workout 8). This is the next to last workout before doing the "special workout." I'm looking forward to seeing how many reps I can do at my heaviest weights. Feels like an experiment in strength to me.
Looking forward to doing Stage 2.
