Look at that workout log!!! And EBAY SUCKS!

I've been consistent for two entire weeks!!! Go me. If only I could; nay, WOULD, get my diet under control, too.

Doing better there today. Can one have too much dairy? I don't know if I did--I hope I didn't. Two cups of 1% milk (between coffee, cereal, & my afternoon shake); 1/2 c plain non-fat yogurt, & 1/2 c cottage cheese. I met my macros today so whatever! And my calorie goals. 1524 calories, 149 grams of protein (37.3%), 185 grams carbs (46%), & 29 grams of fat (~17%). Okay so I need to tweak & possibly get my fat intake up but not too shabby?

Our ebay account was suspended yesterday. I have a copy of Rosetta Stone Spanish that we purchased in 2005. I posted it on ebay as used. They terminated my listing when I had less than 1 day left. The reason for the suspense that they provided was that it was an illegal copy--copyright violation. I thought maybe I hadn't identified as used. So I relisted being more careful of my wording. Three days later my listing was pulled for the same reason & our account suspended until we took their copyright violation training. Took it. Waited a week before relisting. This time was extremely specific that the pictured item was purchased by us in 2005, I still possess the shipping slip from our original purchase. Three days & $115 in bids later the listing was yanked & the reason again--copyright violation.

I have searched & searched & can find no way of contacting ebay via telephone to get an explanation as to why my item is considered a copyright violation when THOUSANDS of others sell similar items day in & day out. We're trying to resolve this using their guidance but their guidance SUCKS. We can't find a specific way to contact someone for appealing this. Their email provides this link http://pages.ebay.com/help/community/reinstfaq.html which SOOO doesn't bring you to the reinstate FAQs as it says it will.

I did reply to the "alert" & hope to get a response but I'm not holding my breath. I'm PISSED!

Back on the jeans topic--thanks Rose for the K-mart lead. I used to like Levis & will try them again. Especially at $16/pair!!!

Wow. I am surprised. I had a contact number for eBay from one of my listservs. I will see if it pops up again and share it with you.
