Dumbass that I am I forgot my script for therapy but the therapist saw me anyway. We talked about pain levels & he took some range of motion (ROM) measurements. I'm doing pretty well. He gave me some stuff to do here at home until I can get in again next week.
John & I are going to Cape Cod next week to see his father & John will start ripping out carpets so that we can stay there next time we go up. We're staying here this trip...The Cove and hoping for an ocean view.
The AC guy might be able to get to us today or he might not. Thank God for the pool.
