That's the big number of calories that Lou & Cassandra say I need to eat to maintain my weight if I am not working out. HOLY CRAP. I had 3xx just for breakfast because I ate a bowl of macadamia nut cereal. Sigh.
I will defnitely need to rethink my breakfast options. Oatmeal & cottage cheese I guess.
My shoulder is doing incredibly well. I'm not pushing it. It gets tired by the end of the day but otherwise feels awesome. My range of motion is much better than I anticipated it would be this early in the game. I can almost raise it parallel to the floor before it starts to tighten up. The side raise is about the same. I SWEAR I'M NOT PUSHING.
I have almost no pain at all. It's hard to describe how it feels but I wouldn't call it pain. It's all good.

And that number seems really low given the amount of running that you do, but I guess that's your "off season" amount?
That number is if I'm not working out at all. If I have a light workout 1893 & 2365 on strenuous days. It's gonna be a good long time before I get to do any workout. So I'll be trying to get my intake down. Sigh.
