I called in sick today. Yesterday almost immediately after the run I started. I'm still going. You'd think my weight would be down but NOOOOO. I'm actually 5 lbs heavier today than I was yesterday. And bloated. Ugh.
I am sore in places I didn't expect. My lats, my arms. My ankles, knees, & hips ache. That I expected. It hurt to get out of bed today.
I've been looking at what kind of runs are out there. I'm an addict. Sigh.
