Still eating like shit but moving

I had a Big Mac, fries & coke for dinner tonight.  It's just easier than cooking alone.  Sigh

But I did 2.3 miles in 30 yesterday.  Today I did leg work:

3x15 @ 90 lbs leg press
3x15 @ 30 lbs leg curls 
3x15 @ 40 lbs leg extension

I might have been able to go heavier but it's the first time in a month & I want to be able to run tomorrow.  

I wish I could get my eating under some semblance of control.  I know it's a matter of self-discipline but I seem to have NONE.
