That's me. Eating & not exercising. Feeling sluggish. Feeling like crap. Not sticking to program.
Need a break. Mentally.
I sent Wendy an email telling her I need a chat. I need to talk about taking a break. Going maintenance for a few weeks. I am tired of thinking about everything I eat. I'm tired of explaining to people why I can't eat cake/cookies/chocolate/chinese food/pizza/bacon/sausage/potato chips.
I'm tired tonight & I'm sick to my stomach. Yuck.

Or, it could just be your illness talking. ;-) You've been really focused and doing so great. Maybe you're right! Maybe you do need a break. But don't be surprised if you get over being sick and all of a sudden you want to get back on track.

Sweetie, hang in. You are just sick, you are probably tired, and it is the tale end of a long week (they are all long weeks, I know). You have had a lot of stress with John and the job situation, with your own job situation, and recent travel. Maybe you DO need a break, but one day at a time, right? Maybe a weekend of not worrying so much about the food? And maybe you are due for a few days off from working out? ((hugs)) xox
