What do you say about this

Five exercises done in giant sets of 8 of 8 reps followed by 8 Tabata cycles.

HOLY MOLY!!!


On top of that I think I may have missed one tick when I was ticking off the number of sets. So I think I did 9 sets of 8 reps.

PHEW

'Nuff said.

Sounds brutal, but Wendy wouldn't have given it to you if she didn't know full well that you're up to the challenge. Sometimes one of the key benefits of turning your training over to someone else is the confidence of knowing you really can do whatever it is they're asking, because otherwise they wouldn't be asking it of you. Of course this means you have to pick your trainer wisely, but since you have, no problema!

Barbell complex plus tabata.

Surprising how much volume you can get done in such a short period of time, isn't it? In fact, you *know* you worked out, but yet, you're like, WTH? It only took 25-30 minutes, so obviously I didn't do enough. But you did!!! heheheheh.
