I'm back on my game. I would be exercising right now but we didn't get home until late & by the time I cooked dinner--I now realize that I should have done my 45 minute workout first & then cooked...Or better should have let John cook while I worked out. Shrug.
I have stayed out of the candy dish with NO problems for 3 days.
I've started reading The Body Fat Solution. I'm a whopping 9 pages in. Even the intro got me thinking about my own thinking. It's going to be a good study. I'm taking it all in.
My workouts are good. Hard. I'm really enjoying them. But then again that has never been my problem.

There is a LOT to think about in Venuto's book, huh? I like that it's all about the mental aspect and doesn't decree any one "perfect" eating plan. Depending on your goal, any nutritionally sound plan will work -- but you have to be able to stick with it in order for it to work, you know?
I read that book too. I enjoyed it. I have always been curious about his BTFFTM program.
