More positive thinking

I got through today with little problem. I managed to eat all of my meals. I am hungry tonight. But I'm just getting ready to eat dinner. I need to remember that I can drink green tea & that will help with the hunger pangs (as weird as that is).

I was composing an email to a friend & said that I was looking forward to seeing what Wendy is going to toss my way next month. In typing it I realized that even that thought has changed. Instead of saying I wondered what Wendy was going to "throw AT me," I was thinking of it as more of a game of catch--a nice gentle (albeit tough) toss.

No more torture workouts. Just kick ass (which is positive). No more "bitch, get it done." Now, "You can do it."

Someone book mark this & yesterday's post to remind me next time I'm bitching about how much I hate myself. LOL

Tonight workout consists of 2 giants sets of 5 exercises for 4 sets of 10 & then 25 minutes of HIIT of some sort. PHEW! I'm looking forward to sweating like a Fitness Chick!
