We've got the viewing tomorrow & the funeral on Wednesday. I am planning appropriately. I wont be able to workout tomorrow but I will eat according to plan. I'm taking my food with me. I'm leaving nothing to chance. I just packed it all up & only have to put it in my bag.
The only "problem" I've got with it is that I'll be eating a lot of cottage cheese & yogurt. But it's within the parameters of what Wendy gave me & relatively portable.
