Okay I know I need to stop it!

I'm losing. I just need to shut the hell up! I just need to stop freaking out.

Here are the results of eating clean for 2 weeks...

Weight: 154.5 (down 2.5 lbs)
Waist: 29.50 (down 1/4 inch) My guess is that my waist just isn't that small so...
Hips: 39.50 (down 1/2 inch)
Boobage: 33.75 WENDY I'M LOSING MY BOOBAGE!!! I've lost an inch
Left thigh: 24.25 (down 1/2 inch)
Left calf: 14.75 I'm getting bigger here but I'm running...Once the race is done so will the running be done
Left bicep: 12.00 (no loss)
Belly: 35.50 (down 1/2 inch)

I'll have John take pictures in a little while. I expect the pictures to be pretty dramatic. I haven't taken pictures in almost 2 months. My measurements based on 2 weeks ago but the measurements 2 weeks ago are very similar to what they were at the end of January.

I'm very excited about planning my meals the Wendy Way.

Deb, those are GREAT results! A pound a week is the perfect amount of weight to be losing, especially since you're trying to add muscle as well as lose fat.

I think for many women over 40 the waist/abdominal area is the most difficult to lean out. Hormonal changes typically mean a change in fat distribution patterns. I see that a lot with female clients. The youngsters are all worried about their hips and butt, and the fortysomethings are all worried about their stomachs! The good news is that these areas do lean out eventually; it just takes longer to see results. Think of it as your "final frontier"!
