I am going to start taking the time to journal what I eat beginning tomorrow. I have read The Fat Loss Troubleshoot & have the "Wendy Plan." I have read Power Eating. I just need to get back into it & put it into practice. I could be finished in 12 weeks (or less) if I got serious. Twelve weeks is NOT a long time.
Beginning tomorrow, I am DOING IT RIGHT.
My workouts are hitting the mark every single time. I don't fuck around. I get in, get tough, & get it done. I need to do the same with my eating.
I've binged for 2 days. Ugh. No more.
I can see where I am making strides with these workouts. Despite the scale not moving my stomach is flatter & my ass is rounder. If I quit eating cake, kisses, tootsie rolls, tons of peanut butter, I would be looking FINE now.
Tomorrow it starts in earnest.
