Tonight was legs. I didn't pay attention (again) to what Wendy planned. I was supposed to do 4x8. I did 4x10. Dammit! I think I needed it.

Good mornings: 35/40(3)
Swissball roll-ins: completed
Did I tell you I got a new purple (pretty) swissball? My ball was about 10 years old & WAY stretched out.
Laura, I have had a pretty crappy day & needed to feel like I inspired someone. It's like you knew I would need that. Thanks.
