So I'm still blowing clear crap from my nose but my head hurts all the time. I can't get rid of the sinus pressure no matter what I do. I have a really bad taste in my mouth. My chest is tight & I have a cough. I can't breathe through my nose most of the time.
I'm not eating dairy-except with my coffee. NOTHING is helping this. I can't take it any more. It's now bee a month since this started. I hate taking antibiotics--they give me the runs & yeast infections. At least I know to ask for a script for Diflucan, too.
John finally got paid for 2 weeks. The per diem (what the govt pays for food allowance) & the mileage allowance paid the hotel/credit card bill for the last month. The company still owes him for 2 weeks that have already been submitted & this past week. A total of $1350. We'll use that money to buy new tires for the car.
I'm going to try to run tomorrow despite the throbbing head. Hopefully I'll be able to get at least a 30 minute interval on the treadmill. I'm going to try some podrunner. We'll see how that goes.

Eek, that sounds like one hell of a cold, sinus, cough, flu like shit you've got there. I hope you start to feel better ASAP.
Sucks when you are waiting for the reimbursements to come in from the government on the per diem stuff. No fair sometimes.
Dearie, I do NOT think you should attempt to run with a sinus infection of that magnitude. I seem to recall the last sinus infection I had felled me for a good week.
And yeah, you need drugs!
((Deb)) feel better! and stock up on monistat and plain yogurt. xox
Sounds like a sinus infection. You do need some antibiotics! OMG. Poor baby.
I have discovered an AWESOME cereal that might help make the digestive issues less icky -- Kashi Vive, which contains a bunch of healthy stuff specifically for digestion including probiotics. As someone who suffers from lots of upsets (hehheh) this cereal has freaking CHANGED MY LIFE! I can't live without it. I would even do a commercial for it, it's done that much for me. :)
Yay on the reimbursement. The per diem is a pain in the butt to wait for but it helps sometimes, doesn't it? D used to have to float a bunch of stuff for his overseas trips and it'd be tenuous. Ugh.
I hope you get some meds and feel better.
Yes, you're past due for some antibiotics. I totally agree about not wanting to take them unless they're absolutely necessary, but if you've got a sinus infection I think that counts as necessary.
And, yes, stock up on yogurt and Monistat :)
I hope you have gotten some good drugs, and they are helping! (((Deb)))
How're you feeling, sweetie? Better, I hope.
