Fitness Question of the Day

I'm getting ready to start using a food journal again. I've used Gyminee, FitDay, & have looked at Daily Plate. What do you use?

My nose only bled once today. I'm hoping that's it. I am using saline in hopes that it will prevent future bleeds by keeping my sinuses hydrated. Dr. Musser tells me if it doesn't bleed anymore today I can start exercising again tomorrow.

I'm still stuffed up but feel 100% better than I have in days.

Use the one you like the most! Just make sure it allows you to track your various macronutrients by gram: protein, carbohydrates, and fat. :)

I've only used FitDay. It's not bad, but the food database isn't as comprehensive as I'd like, and the mechanism for inputting custom foods is a little clunky.

I'm glad you're feeling better, Deb!

I used to use DietPower years ago. Aside from the fact that I hate hate hate weighing, measuring and logging, it was a good program for it.

I forgot about DietPower! I was a beta user.

(p.s. Deb, my first answer was sort of a copout, but I personally like FitDay's software version. You really should pick one that you find makes the most sense for your use. Or you can even just buy a $5.95 calorie counter book too. Those are good)
