I'm finally feeling better physically. I managed to get a 2 mile (2.58 total) run in today: 5 min warm up, 28 min run, 5 min cool down. It felt great. I'm tired tonight.
I miss John something crazy. I'm fighting depression with him gone. I'm hoping that it's partly lack of exercise & the darkness getting to me but it's hard to tell.

I'm glad you're feeling better, Deb! FINALLY. Wow, that was a long drawnout cold, huh?
This time of year is just horrible for depression, even when you don't have reasons to feel depressed. The cardio will help a lot. It's better than Prozac, or so my doc tells me. :)
