What a workout!

I just did 30 minutes HIIT:

5 minutes on bike to warm up

1 minute each:
jumping jacks
box jumps (12")
mountain climbers
burpees
prison squats
jump rope
box jumps (14")
Romanian split squats (30 seconds each leg)
push ups (on my knees my shoulder barked at me tonight fucker)
jump rope

5 minutes cool down on the bike

Those box jumps are AWESOME! I'm trying to get higher but not making it. Since this was only my second go of it, I'm actually pretty happy with the 14". Someday I will be a big girl like Wendy & be able to do 24".

I don't know if my hands weren't positioned right or what but I tried to do big girl push-ups & my shoulder told me to back the hell up. I dropped to my knees & it was fine. Don't know what that was all about but I'm being careful.

Tomorrow is FLIIB. That looks freaking scary to me with those compound split squats & overhead presses. That ought to work up a sweat, no?

John "didn't have time" to talk to his boss here today. Yet he still worked until 6:30 tonight. Whatever. I guess it's not cutting into my time so I should just shut the fuck up.

I started my period 6 days early this month; after being 6 days late last month. I have SERIOUS PMS this month--hence all the f bombs. I haven't had it this bad since being back on track with working out. Very disturbing.

The nights sweats this past week were BRUTAL. I woke up 3 nights in a row so wet that I had to change my sheets & put a towel under the fitted one to soak up some of it. Know where I can buy a queen size waterproof sheet? It's very disturbing how bad it was. I woke up with sweat rolling off me like I had just finished a great HIIT session. It's gross.

Well, I'm off to bed. Good night.

Great job on the workout! Those one-minute rounds are absolutely a beast!

That really sucks about the night sweats. I'm sure if you ask Stacey she can suggest some supplementation that might help....

Great job on the box jumps! I think I'd have to start with 6" and go from there!

I hear you on the night sweats! It's been a long time since I've had a sheet soaker, but I still get my shirts drenched. My doc SWEARS that since I'm still on the pill it can't be peri yet, and asked me to make sure I didn't have on too much clothes, etc. Yeah, right dude. I can't argue about the cause, but I can tell you it doesn't matter WTH I'm wearing.

Sorry to carry on...Hate the night sweats!
