I increased my weights AGAIN!!! I can't get over how strong I'm getting. I am 1 week away from finishing FL1 & beginning to consider looking for something else. There's a part of me that says I need to finish at least the entire FL rotation but I'm just not sure.
I know I'm making progress but it's not happening fast enough for me.
I'm considering trying Chad Waterbury's Bikini Body Training System. In any case, whether I finish the FL rotation or not I am going to do the Bikini Body system next.
Unless someone suggests I make a change now & gives me something else to do.
Am I being a pain in the ass with this? Honestly.
Thanks.

My .02: Stick with what you're doing for a while longer and make sure you're doing all your HIIT.
IMO, people jump from program to program too quickly. There is no magic program -- the key is to progress is diligence and consistency: watch the diet and challenge yourself with each workout. :)
(er, that's "the key to progress is diligence and consistency")
I agree with Wendy. There's no physical benefit to be gained from switching to another program at this point. The beauty of the NROL workouts is the weekly (or is it bi-weekly?) volume changes, which keep your body from adapting and plateauing.
That being said, from a psychological standpoint it can be a little boring to be doing the same exercises in the same order week after week, with only slight variations from phase to phase. If boredom/dread is causing you to skip workouts, that's a valid reason to take a break from your current program and try something else. Whatever it takes to help you be consistent, because as Wendy says, that's the key to results. That's the real genius of the Body for Life program IMO--people seem able to stick with it, so they see results even though it's by no means the "best" fat-loss program out there.
