Must.Learn.To.Say.No.

I had pizza today. Three slices. With peperoni. Dammit.

Did NROL4W

50 lb deadlifts (watching Wendy's video actually taught me something)
8 lb dumbbell overhead press
30/35 lb wide-grip pull-downs
10 lb lunges
12 swiss ball crunches (I don't like these-I don't feel it as well as with regular crunches)

I forgot my hummus & cottage cheese at work. But that's okay cuz it gives me an excuse to go to ShopRite. The commissary has a crummy selection of...anything. I'll get to choose more varities & Erin likes it, so we'll share.

Speaking of Erin...mark your calendars! She will graduate on 18 September 2009. She registered for the fall quarter this week & we looked over her requirements for the rest of the year last night. She only needs 30 more credits after the fall quarter. She'll take 5 classes in the winter quarter, 3 in the spring (to include her 9 hour/week internship), & 2 next summer. We are very excited!!!

Erin drew this of her best friend, Alana, about a year ago. It is a VERY good likeness.

Hmm, suddenly I can comment again; I couldn't on the ship pic, which is quite lovely.

Erin is SO talented! That's amazing. I hope she does something very cool and fun with her talent.

Great job on the NROL4w; no issues with the shoulder or anything??

No issues with my shoulder at all. I'm still limited in some of my range of motion but mostly it's good. The ROM that I have trouble with is laying on the floor & putting my arm straight over my head...my right arm will lay flat on the floor but my left is still about an inch away.

Oh & I tried a couple chin-ups with my Iron Woody bands...I had to stretch the big one all the way out but I pulled 4!!! YEAH ME!

I wish I could figure out the comment issues...very strange.
